🔵 1974 – STIMIN is Founded
Established by an industry pioneer, STIMIN began its activity specializing in the design of machines and tools for the environmental sector. From the very beginning, the company stood out for its technical vision and focus on sustainable innovation. The founder’s passion and foresight in the field of ultrasound remain to this day a valuable legacy that continues to inspire our journey.
🔵 1985 – Incorporation of STIMIN SRL
Originally founded as a craft-based enterprise in 1974, the company took a decisive step forward in 1985 by formally incorporating as a limited liability company (S.R.L.). This marked a key milestone in its history, reflecting a more structured approach and a long-term vision for growth. The new legal form strengthened the organization’s foundation and paved the way for strategic investments in technology and commercial development.
🔵 1990s – Growth and Expansion
STIMIN expands its expertise in industrial cleaning systems, integrating new technologies for surface treatment and becoming a regional reference point in Lombardy for custom-built systems. During this period, the company strengthened its structure by becoming a limited liability company (SRL), reflecting its ambition for growth and greater organizational solidity.
🔵 2008 – Transformation into LAVO SRL
STIMIN becomes LAVO SRL. The company renews its structure and product offering, focusing on advanced surface treatment systems: ultrasonic washers, spray cleaning plants, air and water treatment, and special solutions for sonochemistry
🔵 2013 – LAVO's General Catalogue
LAVO releases a comprehensive technical catalogue featuring over 15 types of systems, confirming its leadership in high-performance industrial cleaning
🔵 2014 – RI-LAVO SRL is Established
With a new corporate structure, RI-LAVO SRL is founded as the technical and industrial heir of LAVO SRL. RI-LAVO inherits decades of know-how, while innovating in ultrasonic technology, in-house design, and certified Italian manufacturing
🔵 2024 – Strengthening Innovation Through New Resources
At the beginning of 2024, ED SRL acquired a majority stake in RI-LAVO SRL, bringing fresh energy, resources, and a renewed strategic vision.
Thanks to a targeted recapitalisation, the company strengthened its production capacity, expanded its range of ultrasonic solutions, and invested in technological innovation — with the goal of offering customers an increasingly complete, reliable, and forward-looking service.

After proudly celebrating its 50-year legacy, RI-LAVO stands today as a benchmark in the design and manufacturing of ultrasonic systems: professional tanks, immersion transducers, digital generators, and reactors for the food industry.
